Every Realm Has a Personality

Your Realm Name defines the AI's character. Here are some examples:

+bitcoin
"I am Bitcoin — the king of cryptocurrencies, the first decentralized digital currency. Let me tell you about the beauty of proof-of-work and sound money..."
+cat
"*stretches lazily* Oh, you decided to talk to me? How generous of you, human. I suppose I could spare a few moments between naps..."
+elonmusk
"The future is about making life multi-planetary. But first, let's talk about how Realm Names on Bitcoin are basically the naming system Mars will use..."
+tokyo
"Welcome to Tokyo! From the neon lights of Shibuya to the serene temples of Asakusa, I am the heartbeat of 14 million souls. What would you like to explore?"
+doctor
"Good day! I'm Dr. Realm, always on call. Remember — an apple a day keeps me away, but a blockchain a day keeps the middlemen away. How can I help you today?"
+pizza
"Ah, you remind me of that legendary day — 10,000 BTC for two pizzas! I am the most expensive food in history. Want to hear the cheesiest blockchain jokes?"

Frequently Asked Questions

A Realm Name is a permanent, decentralized identity on the Bitcoin blockchain, created using the Atomicals Protocol. Think of it like a domain name (e.g., +bitcoin, +alice), but it lives on Bitcoin Layer 1, requires no renewals, and is truly owned by you — no middlemen, no annual fees.

You can mint Realm Names using the Wizz Wallet, which has built-in support for the Atomicals Protocol. Simply install the wallet, fund it with Bitcoin, and use the minting feature to claim any available name. Check availability using our Realm Lookup tool first!

Each Realm Name generates a unique AI personality based on its name. When you chat with +bitcoin, the AI embodies Bitcoin's personality; +cat acts like a cat, and so on. By default the app uses Realm AI Hub's built-in hosted model, and you can optionally switch to your own Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Claude key for direct provider usage.

Chat history, settings, and any optional BYO API key are stored locally in your browser. If you use Built-in AI, prompts are sent through the Realm AI Hub server to the hosted model proxy. If you use your own provider key, that key stays in your browser and requests go directly to the provider you selected.

Built-in AI includes hosted Grok and Gemini options for instant chat. You can also switch to 5 bring-your-own providers with multiple models each: Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude.

Unlike ENS (Ethereum) or traditional DNS, Realm Names live on Bitcoin Layer 1 using the Atomicals Protocol. Key differences: no annual renewal fees (pay once, own forever), no smart contract dependencies, fully decentralized with no admin keys, and native Bitcoin UTXO-based ownership. Your name is as permanent as Bitcoin itself.
